- Bib transfer only applies to Participants who registered through Ballot registration period. Participants who register through Fast Track, Saveduit Bank Jateng, Travel Agent Partners, and other programs from Bank Jateng Borobudur Marathon 2025, including those who obtain invitation and free slot from Borobudur Marathon are not allowed to transfer the bib number.
- Bib number is the Participants official identification during the event and must be worn while the Participants is on the run course. Official bib transfer can only be done through the official apps My Borobudur Marathon during the bib transfer period.
- Bib transfer can only be done during the bib transfer period, from September 27-30, 2025. Bib transfer request which exceeds the bib transfer period will not be accommodated.
- Before carrying out the process of transferring bib numbers, both the Transferee and Transferor must understand the rules & regulations race which can be checked HERE.
- Transferring bib numbers is the process of transferring the bib number of the Initial Registrant (Transferor) to the Recipient of the bib Transfer (Transferee). As such, the bib transfer causes the replacement of Transferor by the Transferee as a Participant in the same distance category as previously registered by the Transferor. The parties in the bib transfer process (Transferor and Transferee) cannot change the distance category.
- The transfer of bib numbers from the Initial Registrant (Transferor) can only be made to a bib Transfer Recipient (Transferee) who was previously registered during the ballot period of the Bank Jateng Borobudur Marathon 2025, but did not pass the random draw.
- The process of transferring the bib number must be submitted by the official bib owner (Transferor) by selecting the option to transfer the bib number via official application My Borobudur Marathon and entering the REGISTRATION ID of the bib recipient (Transferee), who must also have been officially registered during the ballot period. Each Transferor can only carry out the process of transferring the bib number 1 (one) time to 1 (one) bib recipient REGISTRATION ID.
- Please note that the bib number cannot be transferred to the individual who has already registered as the Participant. For the avoidance of doubt, participants refer to those who receive the confirmation email and confirmation status of registration from the official apps My Borobudur Marathon, including those who confirm from third parties as participants such as the Fast Track, Bank Jateng Saveduit program, Travel Agent Partner program or other programs from Borobudur Marathon, including parties who receive invitations and free slot from Bank Jateng Borobudur Marathon 2025.
- The bib numbers transfer does not include the transfer of jerseys previously selected by the Transferor. Any request for changes to the jersey, including jersey size, will not be accommodated.
- Please note, the bib number transfer process can only be done once. If the bib recipient (Transferee) does not complete the bib transfer process within the specified time limit, the bib owner (Transferor) can’t repeat the bib transfer process.
- Bib recipient (Transferee) will receive an email after the transfer procedure has been initiated by the Transferor. Transferee will obtain an email notification from Bank Jateng Borobudur Marathon 2025 containing the payment instruction of a transfer fee in the amount of IDR 150.000,- (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) through payment options available on the My Borobudur Marathon apps.
- Bib number transfer fees must only be paid during the bib number transfer period. Payments made outside the bib number transfer period will be canceled and the bib number transfer process will be cancelled. These payments are non-refundable.
- If the bib transfer process is cancelled due to the late payment, the bib number will remain to the Transferor and the Transferor cannot perform any other bib transfer.
- The successful bib transfer process will make the Transferee become a Participant and the Transferor is no longer deemed as a Participant. Further, Transferee cannot perform the bib transfer process to anyone.
